Your body can stand almost anything. It's your mind that you have to convince.
You might not be motivated 100% of the time, but you can be disciplined 100% of the time.
Get a large wall calendar, with blocks for each day. Every day that you work towards achieving your goal, put a large X in that block. Challenge yourself to not break that chain of Xs.
Check yourself! Self power is the only motivation.
