Exciting news at Heights Yoga! 🎉

After much thought and consideration, and to make your booking and scheduling easier, I’ve decided to change our scheduling software from Mindbody to Walla.

Walla will be our new scheduling and booking platform at the studio starting next week. This was both the easiest decision AND the hardest decision for me. It is hard as I KNOW our current system and so do you. I really dislike adding something to your to-do list and I know that new systems can be challenging. However, it was easy as our rates were increasing and service was diminishing. We were being charged a lot of commission add-on fees, and clients were receiving annoying pop-up ads at booking. I spend a few hours a week handling client booking issues. As I have been working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth transition, I can assure you that you are going to love the new software.

So what does this mean for you? Your profile will have a new look (and so will our schedule). If you are a current member or currently have class packs, all of your purchases will transfer securely and your autopay (if applicable) will stay on schedule. As soon as we make the transition next week, you will receive an email with instructions regarding your new Walla account, so please keep an eye out.
As always, if you have any concerns or need assistance with this transition, please reach out. We are here to ensure that this is as seamless as possible!
