Teaching energizing techniques has always been a part of my personal training.

Ecstatic dance will start with a warm up, and through dance. We are tapping into essentially THE key element of body awareness i am always emphasizing as a movement coach.

Have you heard of Oasis Of Change in Portland? ?
Well if you haven't already, it is a one of a kind community space where you can hang out, drink tea, eat amazing food, and of course DANCE!
Known as "The most magical place in Portland" for some good reasons!
Every Saturday at 11am we will be co-creating an immersive ecstatic dance experience. Kids hour is at 10, and it's all ages by 11am.
