What an incredible 8 weeks. We are so proud of every member who committed to showing up, staying consistent, and trusting the process throughout our Spring Strength Challenge. 👏

Performance Challenge: Swing, Jump, Drop 🔥

4 minutes to work through a descending rep scheme and see how far you can get. Be sure to track the weight used for your Single Dumbbell Swings and the rep number you finish on within the 4 minutes.

🔹 Single Dumbbell Swings: 20, 18, 16, 14, etc.
• Modification: lower weight

🔹 Bodyweight Jump Lunges: 20, 18, 16, 14, etc. (2:1)
• Modification: no plyo

🔹 Med Ball Rotational Slams: track the weight used and reps completed
• modification: lower the weight
• pregnancy modification: med ball slams on a box for those further along
