HB1093 - Criminal liability applied to owners of stolen guns.

HB 2021 - expanding government destruction of private fi****ms

HB 2054 - One gun a month, purchase or transfer.

And they will certainly be pursuing the elimination of pre-emption, allowing cities and counties to pass their own fi****ms laws.

Remember, effective 1/1/24 there is now:

1) A non-refundable background check fee for each transaction submitted to Washington State Patrol.
2) A 10 business day wait for ALL fi****ms, frames, receivers, etc and its retroactive.
3) This safety training class certificate (HB1143 compliant).
4) Out of state dealers are required to follow Washington State Laws, that's federal law.
5) Your old 1639 certificate doesn't meet the 1143 requirements.
