Watched a live webinar from Anatomy Trains. The dissection of the hip and knee with a focus on the psoas muscle and tibial plateau in the knee was so fascinating.
My main takeaway was from watching the removal and separation of each layer as the dissection moved deeper. Each layer skin, fat, fascia, external oblique, internal oblique transverse abdominal are all lightly woven together. The skin layer all the way through the muscle to the bone and even to the trabeculae inside the bone all has a movement potential. Wolfs Law. So fascinating.

The weight of a low mood can be heavy, but you’re not alone.

A low mood mood is a state of emotional and psychological distress that is characterized by feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and lack of motivation.

It is a common experience that can be triggered by a range of factors, including constant stress, life events, illness, and hormonal changes.

when you’re experiencing a low mood you may find it difficult to enjoy the things you used to, have trouble sleeping, experience changes in appetite, and have trouble concentrating.

You may also experience physical symptoms such as fatigue, headaches, lower back pain, foot pain, and muscle aches.

The good news is that you can get out of a low mood and relieve your physical symptoms in 30 days with somatic exercises.

Somatic exercises cause a huge emotional release that clear out the pent up stress, stored trauma, & unprocessed anxiety out of your body.

Somatic exercises also relieve the physical symptoms of a low mood including insomnia, fatigue, lower back pain, foot pain, headaches, and muscle aches.

After you release, you’ll feel significantly lighter both physically & emotionally.

After you release, you’ll have much more energy and will find it much easier to get out of bed.
