1 Life Fitness 1 Life Fitness is the premier 24-hour gym in downtown Vassar, also offering personal training, group fitness classes, tanning, and nutrition counseling.

1 Life Fitness is a full service 24 hour fitness club. We offer personal training, 24 hour tanning, Instructor lead fitness classes, nutrition counseling, and fitness counseling. We are also home to the areas only 24 hour class offering where you can come in and attend a class anytime of the day or night. Whether it be Yoga, Zumba, Spinning, or Palates, you have the opportunity to participate in a class when it's convenient for you and you schedule. It's our belief that health and fitness shouldn't be a priority based upon someone else's schedule or hours they should be based upon your life schedule and convenience. We offer 1 month, 6 month, 1 year, and 2 year membership options. We offer three different options of payment,Monthly EFT (automatic monthly payment), Monthly Statement, and Pay in full. Membership prices:
2 year commitment- $30/mth eft, $35/mth statement, 2 year paid in full $720

1 year commitment- $40/mth eft, $45/mth statement, $480 paid in full

6 month commitment- $45/mth eft, $50/mth statement, $270 paid in full

1 month no commitment $55

We also offer Senior rates, student discounts, family rates and other discounts on pricing (Hometown Heroes, Giving back to education, and corporate discounts). There is a 1 time $40 key fee which covers the purchase of your 24 hour access key.

*Now through the end of September, Alissa Harrington will be collecting items for the Tuscola County Animal Shelter and Cass River Pet Friends! Unfortunately, they are short staffed and are at full capacity with animals and they are in desperate need of everyday items, including:
Purina One dog food
IAMS cat food (orange bag)
IAMS kitten food (purple bag)
Canned and dry cat and dog foods
Pill pockets
Blankets
Laundry Detergent
Bleach
Lemon pinesol 

Every little bit makes a difference!

If you would like to donate, you can stop into 1Life during business hours (7am-7pm) Monday through Thursday to drop off items or contact Alissa through messenger!
