On Thursdays we dance! Come join us at 5:30 tonight. it's free for gym members but don't hesitate to bring a friend. Their first class is free, then it's a $5.00 drop in fee after that.

Labor Day weekend is upon us. Monday we will be out of office and all classes will be canceled except Yoga at 5:30pm. It'll be the perfect way to spend your labor day. ☺🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️
