Hello FB friends! Almost a year ago I received the news that would change my life tremendously - that I was pregnant. I went through an emotional rollercoaster during those 9 months. Someone who deals with body image issues and food disorder who also struggles with change in their daily routine. I kept saying to myself, “this is just a season”. After having my beautiful baby boy I realized truly how much of a blessing he is in our lives…but while learning how to be the best mom to him, I’ve still had my insecurities creep in. Through this season, he has helped me become stronger emotionally.

Stop living in that rut of a season and let it become a new one. One that won’t let your depression or anxiety win. Make this new season build you up stronger physically, spiritually, and emotionally. We all go through different seasons in our lives, but it’s our choice to turn it into a season worth fighting for.

I’m very excited to start trainings back up this Monday, January 9th. DM for any questions for scheduling.

There are many benefits of jump roping. If you only have 15 mins to get some cardio in before you start your day, you could burn up to 200-300 calories with in that short period. Great way to get your heart rate up and improve on your coordination.
