15 years!!
I have been a triathlete for fifteen years. You might not think that’s a big deal, but to me it’s a huge deal.

You see, I wasn’t very athletic as a kid, and even less so as a young adult.
As a young mom my activity was chasing kids around, that was it.

After all my kids were grown and moved out, I felt like I needed to find something.

Something for me.

Something to keep me focused and active, so that I could age well.

I found triathlon.

And because of that, hundreds of other people found triathlon too.

I became a USAT Triathlon Coach and for over a decade have coached all ages and abilities, from 5 years old to 70 years old, helping many to experiment the power of what they can accomplish with some guidance and direction.
Being a great cheerleader helps too!

And I am the BEST cheerleader.

I believe in YOU!
Now you just have to believe in yourself.

Summer season is a great time to

USA Triathlon is excited to announce the NEW Youth State Series for 2024. The goal of the USA Triathlon Youth State Series is to grow the visibility of youth races across the country as well as keep youth athletes racing several times throughout the season. The Series will consist of localized youth race series across the country.

All Youth Race Directors, Youth Coaches and Youth Club Leaders who want to get involved and help support a Youth State Series in their area — join USA Triathlon for a Town Hall on Wednesday, Feb. 21 at 4 p.m. MST/3 p.m. PST.
