Wish we could have pulled this week off for the first Cajun Canyons Fall Invitational......we will make it happen in 2027. In the mean time we will dream about the one that got away and plan to see you in the spring for Cajun Canyons Billfish Classic May 27 thru May 29.

Rising Son's lost a motor, Houdini has a bad heat exchanger, Miss Remy swapping sonar, people getting married, babies being had.........we couldn't make the magic happen for Cajun Canyons Fall Invitational......so we will see everyone for Cajun Canyons next spring and try our fall tournament again in 2027!

Inaugural Cajun Canyons Fall Invitational lined up for next week, long range weather looks good, fish are here.......goal was a minimum of 10 teams. We have about 5 that are pretty interested and a few on the fence. Let's figure out this week if we are fishing or not!

Reminder....NOBGFC Invitational......get to Cypress Cove Marina & Lodge for the festivities.

Also, we have the Cajun Canyons Fall Invitational September 17-19. This event we will be testing out a "depart from anywhere" model as well as a simple high stakes, high reward, big fish model. First 10 boats registered and leaving from Cypress Cove Marina & Lodge receive complimentary boat meals courtesy of Game Girl Gourmet, LLC. Registration is due by August 31.

It's time to start planning for the Cajun Canyons Fall Invitational September 17 - 19 at Cypress Cove Marina. Prime time, prime location, hassle free layout.

- $35k entry fee, 90% payout on Big Blue Marlin
- $2,500 Tuna Optional, 90% payout, no other optionals
- No slip fees for participants from September 1 through December 31
- 100% refund if cancelled due to weather
- 100% refund if mechanical issue
