Today, is my brother's birthday. He was one in a million. One of the most genuine, honest, loving, kind, compassionate and generous souls that has ever walked this earth.
For the third time since Doug's passing in October 2022, I look towards heaven in remembrance of the wonderful brother that he was. I am proud to continue his legacy of promoting fitness, bodybuilding, sports, and especially, his mentorship of youth, sports, and exercise.
I'd like to take this opportunity to acknowledge all of the love and respect shown to me by his brothers and sisters in the bodybuilding community. as well as his other colleagues and friends. I have read your comments and messages and appreciate each and every one of you. I like to think that Doug is watching over all of us and whispering his words of encouragement to make every day count, and to live with joy in your heart.

I wanted to post a fabulous photo of my brother today as I honor his memory and his lifelong passion and dedication to fitness and bodybuilding. This photo was taken during a competition several years ago.

I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your continued support and very kind comments about my brother, Doug. It is clear he was loved and respected. He was an amazing human being.

Doug, you are missed beyond measure. I hold your memory inside my heart and miss you every, single day. Until we meet again dear brother.
