Another glorious netball morning at Santa Monica! 🌴
Great session today as we launched in to some defense work for this month! Everyone dove right in, worked hard and did a great job, all that we could see during game time as well!

Small but mighty crew today with a lot of our regular suspects away! But MAN. That just meant turning up the heat for everyone else!!🔥
Full court progressive style drills, everyone really put in the grind this morning! Wasn’t easy, heart rates were definitely going but it looked GREAT! And on court, we saw a lot of what we worked on coming in to play in real time, which is awesome.

And shout out to last week’s small but mighty crew who absolutely crushed everything thrown at them. From a couple of midcourt and attack third specific work to high intensity game time!

Hey look… whoops… better late than never!
Big thanks to our crew who showed up and showed out on Saturday for another great season down at Santa Monica.
Skills sessions wise we worked HARD. Everyone should be very proud of the work rate they put out.
And then game time looked great! Big shout out to who made her return to court just FIVE WEEKS after having her new bub. What a superwoman!
