You’re here to get to your goals and we’re here to help you! Seeing results is more than just working out REGULARLY, it’s about doing the RIGHT workouts for your goals! We’ve got lots of classes to choose from but if your goal is fat loss, we recommend this combiniation of classes each week:
2-3x Strength Classes
2x Cardio Classes
1-2 Recovery Classes

💪🏼 HOW TO GET RESULTS: BUILD MUSCLE
➡️ Trying to “get toned”??
The biggest fitness misconception out there is that getting toned is different than building muscle, when in reality, you won’t see any “tone” unless you have more muscle!
Try this combination of classes to get the best results:
3-4x Strength Classes 🏋🏽♀️
1x Cardio Class 💦
2 Recovery Classes 🧘🏻♀️

✨The best way to start seeing definition is to prioritize your strength and recovery workouts, accessorize with cardio and make sure you’re eating enough!

✨ WHICH STRENGTH CLASS IS YOUR FAVE??
➡️ What are Strength Classes?
Strength Classes are structured classes focused on slowing down movements to perfect form, build muscle and reshape your body! Even though we emphasize slower, controlled movements, it doesn’t mean you won’t be burning a ton of calories! The harder muscles work during a movement, the more they burn long term, so you’re looking at big results long after your workout is over!
➡️ What kind of equipment do you need?
Strength classes require resistance so we recommend investing in loop b***y bands (rubber or cloth) and dumbbells with a variety of weights. As you get stronger, you’ll need more resistance, so variety is key!
Try these Strength Classes this week:
💪🏼 Total Body Burn w/ Mondays at 7:30am
💦 Ultimate Upper Body w/ Tuesday’s at 5:30pm
🍑 Leg Day B***y Work w/ .steph Wednesdays at 8am
🏋🏻♂️Foundational Strength w/ .steph Fridays at 12pm
🙌🏼 Weekend Warrior w/ & .steph Saturday’s at 10:30am

➡️ What is “Recovery”?
Recovery is different for everyone depending on your fitness level, but for the most part recovery classes help get your blood pumping, which recovers muscles and leaves you feeling refreshed instead of worn out! You should always be incorporating 1-2 Recovery classes into your routine each week!
Try these classes to stretch your muscles, challenge your stability and re-energize you for the week:
