Transforming this space into a thriving gym was no small feat, but w and , we achieved our objective. The space had a unique history as cleaning supply story and even a brothel at some pin point 😂 uh la la !! This was a start up gym for new owners Diego and Cesar . Their passion for fitness and a desire to help their community, embarked them on this journey w a limited budget. We got them financed for 30k and transformed this once dilapidated space where people can come to chase their fitness goals 💪🏼
