Zanshin… reconciling profound stillness, and vibrational intensity, during Tai no Henko, foundational practice of Morihei Ueshiba, as taught by my Sensei Morihiro Saito Shihan. Too often rushing thru this practice without intensity and integration of the energetice is such a loss for students. With my research on Vedic mantra and Aikido Keiko, one can achieve Quantum leaps in energy, and transform this practice to an evolutionary tool for world peace.
