I feel this is very real and I also don’t think we are actually conscious of any victim mentality. But we could easily become conditioned to believe we ARE victims AND that we can’t and should never trust ourselves. That we can’t trust our body’s, people, or life in general. That manipulation and deception is the status quo in relationships and that anything uncomfortable is a problem.
I really think this does two things. It plays into our already present insecurities and makes us feel like we need to perpetually solve the same ‘issues’ time and time again. And, the ultimate result? We often play small. We stay uncomfortably comfortable. We point fingers. And stay stuck. I know, because I’ve been there and STILL have to out think the social norms with intentional thoughts. Not just sometimes. Daily. Food is no longer my crux, but reconciling my past has always been complicated. And, it’s so much better at the same time!
The truth is, Maybe…The smaller we play. The less competition there is.
The best news ever is we can do whatever we want and shift that energy at any time. Thank you GOD.
So, let’s talk TOTAL ASSET MINDSET.

Simplicity is the chefs kiss. I’ve never worked out less and felt so lean. Who would have thought.
👉Reprimanding and shaming myself to do more, to be like everyone else, what nonsense and REALLY, the root of all my backend self sabotaging…AKA, Comparison & Perfection seeking.
👉IRONICALLY, this was WHY closet eating a sleeve of Oreos felt safe and free. I was craving freedom and escape’, but I kept stacking on MORE not-enoughness.
Overeating foods that didn’t make me feel like a Queen, wasn’t the answer either. I had to step into that respectful balance. The art of fueling and eating ‘just enough’ of whatever I wanted. Along with, working out less, I found that sweet spot, that I love.
Thankfully, getting it all wrong was the vessel to getting it right and aligned ✨.
Breaking up with working out 5-6 days a week was one of the best things I ever did. Now, I’m in a new season, open and ready for all that feels good to me. Not because of a trend, a should, a rule, but because I WANT to. My body knows what I need in this season.
⚡️Our health and body’s are so smart when we listen more. The ego is sneaky and talk us into either over doing or not doing enough, overeating, not eating enough. Over training, not training enough, but what if the feminine heart being at the center is what brought it all full circle.
Being and feeling safe in the body is such a beautiful gift ONLY we can give ourselves. True freedom is never feeling like you need to escape your life. The path to freedom is uniquely yours and no two roads will ever look exactly alike. This is your story to co-create with all the main character vibes ❤️🔥
👉Less is more the majority of the time. Don’t stress sis. Get clear and watch yourself soar. God and the Universe are always conspiring in our favor. Align and thrive. 🕊️

Believe it or not. The work of releasing weight AND keeping it off is way less ‘doing’ (a new protocol or workout) and much more about ‘thinking’. Do I teach the women the art of how to eat more to weigh less and how to ‘eat whatever they want’? Absolutely. And it’s works like nothing I’ve ever tried before in my 30 years of diet looping. And, what makes it stick is the shift of who they are, not just what they do.

Coaching on how you think IS how you lose weight, then the weight release follows. We can’t hate our body’s slim.

I love the concept of us being the heroine of our own stories. Not because we need or want more attention (although that may be a natural by product), but because when we thrive as a heroine, we have the capacity to do, create, give and live more from our gifts, and thought of, deficiencies that in actuality become our greatest assets.
The heroine is most fully alive when she stops managing herself and starts activating herself.
Your body is not a problem to solve, it’s an asset to activate.
And the women, your family, your communities, who need you?
They need the most alive, unstoppable version of you.
Not someday.
Now.
The gathering, the ‘mess ups’, the failures…was always the point.
Every experience. Every lesson. Every hard season and every beautiful one.
