Pregnancy is not a disease
Unfortunately, many women are still taught to fear movement during pregnancy instead of learning how to move intelligently through it.
At Pilates Lab, we take a more evidence-based, individualized, and supportive approach to prenatal and postnatal Pilates rooted in biomechanics, nervous system awareness, breath, alignment, and functional strength.
This class is built on education beyond traditional Pilates teacher training because many outdated recommendations around prenatal movement simply aren’t supported by modern evidence.
Here’s what we believe:
Unless there is a medical reason not to, many women can continue moving, strengthening, breathing, and connecting to their bodies throughout pregnancy with thoughtful modifications and proper support.
Movement matters during pregnancy. Strength matters. Breath matters. Feeling connected to your body matters.
At Pilates Lab, we do not believe in fear-based cueing or treating pregnant women like fragile patients inside the studio. We believe in meeting every woman exactly where she is.
Some Moms feel comfortable joining regular classes with modifications. Others prefer more specialized support around pelvic floor health, diastasis recti, core connection, low back pain, or umbilical hernia support (we offer private session for this)
Our studio is intentionally designed with:• Small-group instruction limited to five clients• Tactile feedback and hands-on cueing• Support wedges and intelligent modifications• Balanced Body® comprehensive training• Evidence-based prenatal and postnatal movement education
And for the Moms wanting dedicated support and community: Motherload LAB is back this June 🤍
June 10th, 17th, and 24th10:30AM
Limited to five clients per class
Little ones who are not yet crawling are welcome alongside Mama.

There’s a lot of noise right now around what Pilates is… and what it isn’t.
Too classical. Too contemporary. Too fitness-based. Too trendy.
At the end of the day, we’re not interested in fighting over camps.
We’re interested in helping people move better, feel better, and stay consistent in a way that actually supports their body through every phase of life.
That’s where Pilates Lab came from. The brainchild of
Our approach sits at the intersection of:• classical Pilates principles• contemporary movement evolution• evidence-based functional movement
And then we layer in what we believe the industry has been missing:
Recovery. Nervous system regulation. Longevity.
This became the foundation for Pilates Biohacking™
If biohacking is anything that improves the quality of life of an organism, then Pilates has always been the original biohack.
A strong, supple spine. Movement in all planes and ranges of motion. Body awareness. Breath. Longevity.
The LAB Method™ was designed to modernize that experience for today’s body and today’s lifestyle.
Lengthen. Align. Biohack.
We use the architecture of classical Pilates through an evidence-based lens, helping clients better understand their own movement patterns so they leave class not just having “worked out”… but having learned something about their body.
Because the goal isn’t just exercise.
The goal is building a body that supports you for life.
Whether you love to hike, run, strength train, surf, chase your kids, or simply feel good in your own skin… this is the foundation.
This is “Where movement meets science”

You’re not stuck because your workouts aren’t working.
You’re stuck because you’re not committed.
You go once a week… sometimes.
You cancel when life gets busy.
You bounce between studios, classes, and trends.
You start over every few weeks.
And then you wonder why nothing is changing.
Real talk:
Your body doesn’t respond to inconsistency.
It responds to repetition.
To showing up, again and again, whether you feel like it or not.
That’s where the shift happens.
That’s where strength builds.
That’s where your body finally starts to feel different.
Not from one class.
Not from “getting back into it.”
From commitment.
At Pilates Lab, this is exactly how we do things.
Simple structure.
Once a week or twice a week—
with the option to add on additional classes at a discount when you need them.
You pick your rhythm.
And you stick to it.
You don’t need a new workout.
You need to stop quitting on yourself.
If this hit, you already know.
