OMG OMG OMG My Fall Foundations is here!!
6 weeks. 3 classes a week. Small group strength training, iRL at Keighty’s Café.
This program is built from 17+ years of coaching, designed to feel sporty, safe, and fun. Think of it like a dinner party disguised as a fitness class — intimate, interactive, and deeply satisfying (without leaving you stuffed).
It’s personal training in a small group setting. With just 3 people per class, you’ll get the attention you deserve and the energy of community.
The program is progressive:
Weeks 1–2 → Stability & Control (unilateral focus)
Weeks 3–4 → Awareness & Load (bilateral strength)
Weeks 5–6 → Smart Strength (heavier lifts + full-body capacity)
Who it’s for:
Outdoor lovers who want strength for hiking, biking, surfing, dancing, and just plain living.
People new to strength training who want a safe, supportive start.
Anyone who values consistency and trusts the process over quick fixes.

Feeling grateful for the memories this beautiful nurturing freaky place gave us. A year ago today I closed The Field House and I’d be lying if I sad it felt like any other day. Been sitting with a big lump in my throat thinking about this time last year. Sending out all the to the team who held it down and the community who lit it up! Love and miss you all ❤️

It's POSTERIOR CHAIN (aka back) week here on the Fresh n Fun Summer Program and after just three workouts of focusing on happier hips and strong and supple lats , my posture has improved, my lower back pain is wayyyyyyy better, my paddle strokes are stronger and my bike rides more powerful. Pretty cool stuff!
Expect key movements like LAT PULLDOWNS, DEADLIFTS, BANDED KNEE DRIVES, HIP EXTENSION GLUTE SQUEEZERS and more juicy moves in this weeks back focused programming. If you’re curious about trying out some classes, hop on our 7 day free trial!

I hands down LOVED this week of programming. We kick it off with a fun and dynamic 35 Min Express class to dust off the cobwebs from the weekend, followed by my all time favourite Tight Sweat Class ever! Short n sweat, to the beat! We follow these high sweat big move classes with a Wednesday Groundworks class that dials in the nuances of pushing and pulling, with a lovely and mellow Body Luv recovery class on Thursday. Friday we rest and come back a celebration of movement for The Club on Saturday.
