Seriously peeps, drinking more water is a cheap (FREE), easy, and accessible way to improve your overall health. Start small with one extra cup of water a day, then work your way up until you're meeting your water needs. It's that simple🙌 My current goal is to drink 3 refills of my 32oz a day 5 out of 7 days a week.
*Remember to be specific with your goal setting, it will help keep you on track!

Here's a simple equation you can use to calculator the right water goal for YOU: Your body weight divided in half and that's the amount of water you should drink in ounces (Yes, it's that simple)
