Together, Alana and Eve bring over three decades of dedicated teaching experience, including three years of close collaboration on BSY’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training — Eve as lead trainer, Alana as supporting teacher and guide of her own 30-hour Yin and Restorative Yoga Teacher Trainings.
Yoga Embodied was born from a shared desire to offer the teachings of yoga wholeheartedly — from a place of humility, inquiry, and devotion.
Eve brings fire and air — dynamic, illuminating, and expansive. Alana brings water and earth — fluid, grounding, and deeply present. Together, they create a beautifully balanced container — offering a well-rounded approach rooted in love, integrity, and a genuine passion for the craft of teaching.

There’s something beautiful about seeing yogis bring their children to practice. When kids witness mindfulness, movement, and presence firsthand, they absorb something lasting — that wellness isn’t a destination we arrive at, but a way of living we grow into together. 🤍
