Little Yogis are welcome Thursdays at Soul House Yoga in East Ventura!
Our new 50-minute Kids Yoga class offers a fun, grounded introduction to movement, breath, and mindfulness through playful poses, guided breathing, and accessible movement practices designed just for kids.
While the little ones practice in the Moon Room, parents can head down the hall for Hot Yogalates in the Sun Room 🧘♀️✨ Everyone gets their own time to move, reset, and recharge.
This class helps children build focus, emotional awareness, confidence, and connection to their bodies in a supportive and welcoming environment. It’s a meaningful pause in the day where kids can learn tools they’ll carry far beyond the yoga room.
✨ Thursdays at 4:30 PM PST

For kids ages 4 and up, we’re offering 10% off regular class prices and packages.

Rise Into Your Awakening: An Embodied Dance Experience

Join Soul House Yoga Instructor .bhar as she leads this 90-minute experiential workshop combining Kundalini warm-ups, breathwork, mantra, guided movement, ecstatic dance, and sound bowls to help participants build toward their full creative power, embody their radiance, and clear the way for sovereign self-expression.
Held on the eve of the Summer Solstice—the longest day of the year and the peak of solar energy—we’ll move, breathe, and open ourselves to awaken the creative force of Mother energy. While often associated with the feminine, Mother energy is an archetypal force accessible to all beings, regardless of gender identity or creative expression.
