What if your February looked like this? 🌿🌊

Join Julia C and Danielle Girsch in Playa Venao, Panama, February 6 to 12, 2027, for six nights at Alaya, where the jungle meets the beach.

Your days are yours. Flow through twice-daily yoga in an open-air dome shala, then hike to waterfalls, zipline through the canopy, or paddle out on one of Panama’s best surf breaks. Or just lie by the infinity pool and do absolutely nothing. Private chef meals, a cold plunge, and an optional phone locker for a full digital detox are all part of it.

We close out the week with a sound bath under the stars. ✨

This is your last week to put down a deposit! Link in bio.

👻 Spooky Glow Flow & Sound Bath | Oct. 17th @ 7PM 🌙

*Link to Register in Bio!*

Join Danielle and Julia as you unwind your mind and awaken your spirit this spooky season with our enchanting Halloween Glow Flow and Sound Bath event. As the veil thins, step into a dimly lit, neon-infused sanctuary for an energizing, all-levels vinyasa yoga flow illuminated entirely by blacklights and glowing body paint.

After moving your body and releasing trapped energy, you will transition into a state of deep, mystical relaxation with a cosmic sound bath journey. The hauntingly beautiful vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes will wash over you, melting away stress and grounding your soul.

Perfect for witches, warlocks, and yogis alike, this immersive experience promises to leave you feeling magically restored, balanced, and deeply connected to your inner magic.

Hope to see you there!
