As a trainer, I’ve heard it all. The “I don’t have time” the “I have kids” the “I have a busy schedule” the “he doesn’t support my journey” the list can go on and ON! But the answer stays the same. It’s time@to stop disrespecting yourself and time to respect yourself! Pour into yourself the way you pour into them kids, that man/women, them homegirls! YOU are the most valuable player on your team now ACT LIKE IT!

I’m not only doing it for myself, but for them as well. I know it can be hard, time-consuming, and well sometimes even annoying to have your kids join you. But they NEED this more than you think! In a time when tablets, video games, and fast food are taking over. They need to go outside, use their minds, and move their bodies. If it makes me FEEL GOOD then I know it will make them FEEL GOOD! 👟🫶🏽

I know it can be hard to show up for yourself, whether you're a mom or not. I know we get busy; I know your 9-5 takes energy from you; I know you have to show up for others; I know you're trying your hardest to balance it all. I SEE YOU and because I see you I need you to take 30-60minutes a day for yourself. Because guess what babes? YOU MATTER 🤍

Every mom needs to hear this… send it before she starts hiding in the bathroom. 🚽😂 no but all jokes aside I know some days you feel like you’re barely keeping it together. The laundry is piling up, your coffee is cold, your to-do list never ends, and somehow everyone still needs a piece of you.

But let me remind you of something…

Your kids don’t need a perfect mom—they need you. The version that’s trying, learning, growing, apologizing when necessary, laughing through the chaos, and loving them with everything she’s got.

So if no one has told you lately…
I’m proud of you.
You’re doing an incredible job.
And your hard work is going to pay off.
