I took a picture of one of my Scout demos for someone yesterday and thought I would share. Have you ridden in a Scout? I just got my Scout demos in and I have not had a chance to ride in one yet. This is the ultimate trail and long ride saddle that is used on police horses. It has all the D rings you need to attach all your stuff. You can get one of these brand new saddles for $4695. So just for fun, here’s a water color I did as a teenager of my friend and I and I was riding in my Stübben Seigfried. Can you tell? (people are not something I’m great at.) Who else had or still has this saddle? I did a fitting yesterday and we were reminiscing about the great Seigfried. I will be doing a saddle fitting out in Sylmar today if anyone is in that area and also wants to see some saddles.

I stole these pictures from SaddleFitting.us. If you are a horse owner and you do not follow them, you should! This is why horses love the Equisoft girth. All of my horses have one of these. They come in a short girth, long girth, and even a western cinch. The horse I ride western goes in a western Equisoft cinch, and he is not grouchy when I cinch up the western saddle, which is saying something.
