The Vermilion YMCA adult exercise area is open Monday, Labor Day, September 7, 8:00am-12:00noon. Mary will be teaching Fitness after 50 at 8:30am and Silver Sneakers Classic at 10:00 am. No need to sign up prior, just come. Our weight room will also be open 8:00am-12:00 noon. We will be closed 4:00-8:00pm.
