One river, many memories.

Fishing gets me out, helps me meet awesome new people, and hopefully allows me to see the process of fooling a nice trout. There's never a bad day on this river, even the slow days.

I will always be grateful for the time I get to spend at the Crystal Ranch Lodge. It is truly a magical place. It is one small area of the world, largely untouched by the corporate world around us. Never overfished. Always meticulously cared for.

Wasatch Fly Expo 2026 is in the books. I had a good time with great friends. Unfortunately, Joseph left before we could snag our annual photo together. We have so much fun chatting with our friends each year that stop by all three of our tables. I just wanted to say thanks if you are one of them, it is the highlight of this season.

I had the distinct pleasure of getting to tie some dries and even wet flies (which are new to me) with some friends. Jim spent some time cursing... well... just about everything I own 😂

If you stopped in, I hope you had a great time.🤙

Idaho Expo 2026 was a good time. I met some new friends, caught up with some old ones and share some good times with the homies & .

I'm excited for what this Expo has inspired on my vise. It's going to be a good year.

In the world of more, complexity, drama, stress, cortisol, news headlines, and politics, take a kid fishing.

I can't wait to get out with my own this year. I'll be kicking it back to simplicity and all things good, I hope you will too.
