Private yoga gives us room to make the practice truly yours — your body, your goals, your questions, your pace.

Maybe you want to build strength, balance or stability.

Maybe something in your body needs a little more individual attention.

Maybe you’re brand new to yoga and would rather learn without feeling like you have to keep up with a room full of people.

Or maybe you simply want a practice that can grow and change with you.

That’s one of my favorite things about teaching privately: we get to start exactly where you are and build from there.

A little July schedule update 🩵

For the month of July, my classes at Restorative Wellness Vero and ATHNIC Reiki Healing Center will be paused.

Classes at Luna Sol Yoga will continue throughout the month with substitute teachers, so please continue to check the Luna Sol schedule for class details.

Tonight I sit quietly, listening to the crickets, listening to the frogs, and listening to the movement just beyond the shadows.

The night air cool after the rain.
The sound of the dogs in the pool.
The harmony of the world being.

The weekend has settled, and tomorrow waits patiently on the horizon.

And in this moment, I exhale.

Rest well tonight.
We’ll begin again tomorrow.
