July of 2021 I got my first official golf client. In November 2021 I started my own business from my back porch and also started training at Quail Valley River Club with a total of 4 clients. Fast forward to today, February 21, 2024 I have trained to date between Quail and my Little 600 sq ft boutique gym (a.k.a The Station) over 130 clients with the age range of 9 to 96. Then today I was able to put all that time and effort plus my love of working out and golfing to good use while I led my first golf fitness clinic with 13 women in attendance. I count this as nothing short of incredible considering what I went through and had to deal with in years past. 😊 I’m sure I sound like I beat a dead drum 😝 but to those of you who have supported me from the start and continue to trust and support me through it all, a lot of this would not be possible without you; So again, thank you! 😊

I know weekends can be challenging for many people to stay on track to hit their goals but I just want to encourage you to walk into it with the right mindset. Challenges are opportunities to build mental strength and stamina. At the same time, give yourself grace; If you find yourself overindulging, don't stress it, at the next mealtime, just make the next right choice. Progress over perfection!

I'm super proud of these girls showing up 2 - 3 days a week, pushing one another, putting in the work, and staying consistent. Their commitment is producing noticeable results and building confidence by the day.

Some of the accomplishments I'm most proud of started with me simply putting one foot in front of the other. Rarely do we know what were actually capable of until we just try and see.

Common faults when performing a bodyweight squat is to let your knees fall inward toward each other / let your head and shoulders fall forward.
Some quick easy cues to ask yourself are:
- Are my knees inline with my hips?
- Is my core tight?
