Our mother/son vacation continues to get better. Sunday evening’s sunset cruise in Bar Harbor, ME. Simply amazing, beautiful, serene and calming.

So honored and proud to be a part of Goodlife Fitness, Peggy Hamilton, our amazing leader, owner of Goodlife Fitness. I have been an aerobics instructor, personal trainer for 28 years and still going strong!!! So strong that I am now teaching step, sculpt, Saturdays 10:00-11:00 at Goodlife Fitness. Come and join us… We always have so much fun … This is us at The White Party benefitting The Vero Beach Film Festival.

I recently joined Goodlife Fitness because I was always very curious about this particular fitness facility. I have ran past Goodlife Fitness many times always curious….. Fast forward to the present… I no longer run and now I walk. Once again, I was walking on Royal Palm Blvd. and this time as I passed Goodlife Fitness, I picked up a schedule. I was immediately interested in taking classes and FINALLY ending my curiosity. I found my newest happy place to workout with members much older than me and some younger than me. My point being….. it’s a facility that delivers love, friendship, community minded people, extremely clean and best of all… owned by Peggy Hamilton who is a beautiful woman inside and out. She really cares about everyone and often greeted with a huge hug. AND… I am extremely happy to announce that I will be teaching STEP aerobics beginning Saturday. January 11, 2025 10:00-11:00AM.

STRONG CORE… I am very proud to announce that I won the plank contest at Club Pilates in today’s 6:30 AM class. I held my plank for 3:18 and won a beautiful pair of Pilate socks. I have been strengthening my core for over 24 years. Consistency and practice works. Feeling SPECTACULAR on Halloween.

Just arrived in Colorado. Stopping at The Garden of the Gods on our way to Steamboat Springs. The scenery is breathtaking. My dad is saying,” Live your life Abbe and Alan”.

My love for my dad continues to grow to eternity. I am forever proud of this man. Almost 95 years old and is living on his own in his new community. He honors his challenges with smiles and perseverance…Handsome husband Alan and I enjoy our Tuesday’s with dad.

Who remembers Stride Rite shoes? My brother found my baby shoes in his attic. $6.00 for a pair of shoes.

It’s been over a year since Handsome husband, Alan and I attended beach yoga. It felt so great to be practicing with our amazing leader, Shannon Sims. Practicing yoga while facing the ocean brings so much peace and alignment with my body, mind and soul. Come join us Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday mornings 7-8AM at Costa de Este hotel on Ocean Drive. Cost is $10.00/class and they provide your sheet, yoga mat and a small towel to wipe away sand. Shannon is fabulous and extremely easy to follow…

One of my many passions in life is to lead an amazing group of active, beautiful people in a fun, energetic, safe pool workout. Look at our rainbow of noodle colors. We are at Palm Island Plantation. I teach a few pool classes at various communities and I absolutely LOVE making people happy and feeling fit and wonderful.

Introducing Mr. And Mrs. Greg and Rachel Resnick. It’s been two weeks since their magical and epic wedding day. Memories of their wedding journey will always be cemented in my heart. You both are loved and surrounded by so much love. Congratulations to you both. Alan and I love you forever and always.

Celebrated my 66th incredibly fabulous birthday with my handsome husband, Alan. One of our many activities was walking the boardwalk. Feeling the ocean breeze was refreshing and delightful. I felt grateful and very loved from sunrise to sun set. The greatest feeling.♥️♥️♥️
