We are family martial arts school offering high-level martial arts instruction for all ages. We teach Karate, Jujitsu, Arnis, and Kobudo.
We are affiliated with the Shuri-Te Bu-Jutsu-Kai, Garimot Arnis Training, and the AAU National Karate Program.

We are now looking for the 2026 AAU Karate Ambassadors!! 3 Male Athletes and 3 Female Athletes will represent AAU Karate as our new class of ambassadors.

Congratulations to our 10 FKA Black Belts who qualified to compete at the 2026 WUKF World Karate Championships! Sensei Dave Roth, Sensei Janet Fraley, Sensei Paul Hebig, Sensei Danny Reynolds, Sensei Mikey Roth, Sensei Addison Fromang. Nahlia Hebig, Nathan Ministre, jaiya Hebig, and John Paul Ministre, and qualified to be on the AAU USA Karate National Team going to Romania in July!

Congratulations to our FKA Team for winning at total of 10 Gold medals, 14 Silver medals, and 13 Bronze medals at the Florida AAU Karate Regional Championships on Saturday, May 9th, in Orlando. Many thanks to our FKA Coaches, Referees, and Parents who supported our FKA Team. Our athletes finished strong to claim 6 individual Florida AAU Karate State Championships: Sensei Paul Hebig - Kobudo, Kumite. and Overall, Sensei Addison Fromang - Kumite, Sensei Nahlia Hebig - Kumite, Nathan Ministre - Kumite, John Paul Ministre - Kumite, David Ministre - Kobudo and Overall. Next up for our FKA Team is the AAU Karate National Championships on June 29th - July 4th in Ft. Lauderdale!

Registration for coaching at Nationals is now open! Remember you must take and pass the coach’s exam in order to coach at nationals.
Coaching Requirements -
Admin Coach - minimum score 75%
Technical Coach - minimum score of 85% and must be a black belt

This year the clinic schedule has been changed. Included with your registration as a coach are the coaches/ officials kata clinic, and the coaches/ officials kumite clinic. Ariel Torres/ Grace Lau will be teaching the kata clinic, and Luigi Busa will be teaching the kumite clinics. Attendance at these clinics is optional, but recommended. Don’t miss the opportunity to train with these Olympians.
9:00 AM - Officials/ Coaches Kata Clinic - Ariel Torres/ Grace Lau
10:15 AM - Officials/ Coaches Kumite Clinic - Luigi Busa
2:00 PM - Referee/ Coaches Meeting - Mandatory for all coaches and officials
This year we will have author Allistair McCaw teaching about the champion mindset, he will have one session where he will be working with coaches, we encourage you to register for this session. Registration for this session is separate from your coaching registration.
