Nia in Vero Beach

My fabulously, lovely, and loyal Nia students -

Unfortunately I am going to take a break from teaching Nia at this time.

It has been nothing but complete joy to play, dance, laugh, growl, be goofy, and try new things with you all. It is a gift that I treasure in my heart!

Until we dance again together, may we all keep dancing through life!!

It was magical dancing with these peeps tonight and happy to have the appearance of our first male at Nia at Yoga Vision!!
