Our Summer Staff Party allows all of us to have some fun after a busy last 4 months involving Spirit Week, Christmas in July and of course, Bring A Friend Week! Woah! 🥵

In the past 12 months, we’ve on-boarded 4 new coaches, taught 80,235 minutes of exercise (53,055 just in 2026) welcomed 464 1st timers and of course won the TC Palm Community Choice Best Gym/ Fitness Center award!
