Home Run Derby Champions crowned today!
Kona Ice South Palm Bay/Indian River County makes a visit!
Plus the campers got excited to see their family member Sawyer.
Defensive work included pitching grips, towel drill, and mechanics, outfield work and drills, and Coach Rahal’s infield specialties.

When life hands you lemons, go make some lemonade.
Rain didn’t get us down. We still worked hard and played harder.
Crazy kickball, relay races, catchers workout, life lessons, hitting, and of course the camp favorite wiffle ball.
Should be better weather tomorrow.
Home run derby champions will be crowned.

The second day of camp commenced with a game of wiffle ball, followed by base running drills and competitive activities, concluding with batting practice.

Day one of camp kicked off with a skills day, where players had the opportunity to test their abilities in accuracy, vertical jump, flexibility, strength, bunting skills, throwing velocity, long jump, sprint speed, flyball skills, and hitting exit velocity using our advanced Rapsodo technology.
