It is with our greatest pleasure to welcome this incredible man and long time friend, .atlas to The Compound Crew!

With a strong focus on movement protocols for overall efficiency, Coach Atlas is armed with the kettlebell as his specific weapon of choice to optimize human development.

He has traveled to performance seminars attended by clinicians, physical therapists and chiropractors all over the nation. Excelling beyond the realms of personal training, he furthered his career by focusing his expertise in the assessment and programming aspects in order to meet the individual needs of his clients. Not to mention, he has the best energy around. ⚡️🤍

Catch him on the training floor with his two new classes: •GPS• “General Physical Strength/Movement” Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30AM - AND - a kick ass new Saturday 10AM Circuit beginning week of 1/16!!!

We are still over the moon and overwhelmed with emotions from this incredibly special day - only wishing we got more pictures of the hundreds of amazing people who were a part of our third Holiday Hoopla Toy Dive + Community Market event 🤍

Thank you so much for your generous donations, we collected hundreds of toys and The Compound is donating a days worth of sales to children’s hospital in honor of the children and families who are there during the holiday season.

This is a cause that is so near and dear to our hearts and to see the outpouring of support and these amazing vendors who made this an extra special day - we couldn’t ask for more.
