A season has come to an end.
We have closed our doors and awaiting God's next assignment for us.
It has been a great pleasure to have shared strength and health with so many. Those who've been with us for the long haul we ever grateful to you. What a joy it's been to watch you all grow on this journey of life, increase strength, conquer feats you never thought possible, and learn how to get in shape without punishing the body. We will miss you greatly, but are eager to see how you've learned to continue on your path. After all, our goal has always been for you to be able to stand on your own with the knowledge shared.

On a serious note, we've been told for ages to eat vegetables in order to be healthy but there's a lot of consideration that should be done before diving into a salad everyday.
First up: vegetables have tons of pesticides. Buy organic and you can downgrade that significantly, however you should definitely be eating seasonally (only what is grown in your area for the season you're in). Seasonal eating ensures fresh food.
Second up: vegetables are full of ANTI-nutrients. This means you aren't getting all the vitamins touted for kale when you eat kale because other veggies cancel certain nutrients from being absorbed.

Yes there's a lot of info out there about what to eat and not eat. Yes we're in an admitted age of misinformation so the truth is being censored. Yes you just want to cut the nonsense out and know precisely what you should be eating because you have a gazillion things to do. Yes I hear you.
