At Citizens HealthPlex, our team of degreed and certified professionals work collaboratively with
you to design a personalized exercise program to promote wellness, improve physical fitness levels or help you recover from illness and injuries. The HealthPlex includes a state-of-the-art gym, indoor and outdoor track, indoor pool, daily fitness classes, Crossfit gym and childcare. Specialty programs include Cardiac Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Pulmonary Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Massage Therapy.

🚧 HealthPlex Access Update for Tomorrow

We’ve been informed by the State today that paving work will take place tomorrow morning on the Zac Lentz Parkway access road from Mallette Drive to Highway 87.

Because of this work, our main entrance will not be accessible during the paving.

Unfortunately, the State was not able to provide us with an alternate route at this time. We have identified the route shown on the map below as a possible way to access the HealthPlex from Highway 87 using the back entrance. We believe this route should remain accessible during the road work, but please use caution and allow yourself extra time.

This week, donations from Citizens HealthPlex and Citizens Medical Center totaled 112 pounds of food for the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent!

The Hunger Hero Challenge continues all month long, and we need your help to keep those donations coming and help us win! 🏆🥫

We’re shaking things up at Citizens HealthPlex for the Hunger Hero Challenge! Introducing our newest group fitness class, where the weights are a little more… shelf-stable. 😂

Okay, this class isn’t actually on the schedule, but giving back is! Help us support the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent throughout September by donating canned meats, fruits, vegetables and soups. Other food items accepted as well.

Citizens Medical Center has joined the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent to help fight hunger in our community!

Throughout September, we’re coming together to collect food, raise funds and spread awareness. You can help by dropping off nonperishable food items in our donation barrels at either location:
