Big update, team! 💥

Over the past few months we’ve loved seeing so many of you challenge yourselves with our HYROX style training. The effort, energy, and progress from our members has been amazing. 💪

As we continue to focus on delivering the best possible training experience, we’ll be transitioning back to our full F45 programming.

That means more variety, a better balance of strength and cardio, and the high energy team training that makes F45 so effective and fun. 🔥

We’re excited to bring everyone back together for the full F45 experience and keep pushing forward as a community. Let’s get after it! 🚀
