Tras perder a su esposo de 18 años, Johana se sumió en el duelo, la culpa y la impotencia, cuestionando su propia labor en la medicina natural. En medio del dolor, una pregunta la impulsó a renacer: '¿Me voy a quedar aquí o voy a salir adelante?'
Alejandra nos deja algo muy simple… pero muy difícil de vivir en el momento: todo pasa.
Y lo dice desde algo muy nuestro como latinos — esa intensidad, esa forma de sentirlo todo más profundo, más fuerte… a veces hasta el punto de quedarnos en el sufrimiento más tiempo del necesario. Como si sentir más también significara quedarnos más.
Pero su recordatorio no es para apagar esa pasión… es para darle dirección.
Porque sí, todo pasa:
pasan los momentos difíciles,
pasan las dudas,
pasan las emociones que en un instante sentimos eternas.
Y cuando logramos recordarlo en medio del caos, algo cambia. No porque el dolor desaparezca, sino porque dejamos de aferrarnos a él.
Y ahí es donde ÁNIMA entra…
no para evitar lo que sientes, sino para que lo observes, lo atravieses, y recuerdes que no eres eso que estás viviendo.
Que cada experiencia —incluso la que duele— también está ahí para mostrarte algo, para acercarte más a ti.
Porque al final… eso también es lo bello de la vida:
que nada se queda igual,
que todo se mueve,
