Week 3 day 2. Pushed play but only made it halfway. Will finish rest after a rest. Speed is hard after being on my feet all day

Day 10. Powerful. Yes it is 430 am but it's the only time I could get this workout in today. Off to work.

Day 9 stronger. Shaun t was quiet on parts of this one to enable quiet reflection but while I liked having time to think I don't think he set us up as well for actually doing the exercises and I miss the instructional corrections he gives because it always seem to usually come at the right time… The first pretzel exercise I wound up flat on my butt and couldn't figure it out. The second one I love .. it works weird muscles but as the modifier said it feels good.

Day 8 faster. Boy was it fast…One of my transformers was lower and I think it's because this time I didn't modify and Last week I did modify.

Day 7 week 2 Burn ... look my numbers went up!!! Such a silly thing because after doing this for a week they should go up but the in between parts were harder too so I really had to dig to make them go up. Hooray for little seccesses! Enjoy last night's blood moon pic taken by my friend Nicole.

Day 6 Balance - ✅ Completed all of week 1. I can't decide if I want to take tomorrow off or try the extra 10 min abs bonus?

Day 5 Cut. I am always amazed at how sweaty I get in just 20 minutes. Today was focus in form but he changed exercised every 30 seconds so we are working everything. One more day and I will achieve 100 percent for week one! Just keep swimming!

Day 4 powerful. My transformers today were 0, 13 and 36. Shaun T I did not quit but I was frustrated because I needed to see how the modifier was doing the exercises but your cameramen did not show enough of her because she was struggling too. Glimpses of Her struggles kept me going. Please remember those of us at chapter one need to see it is okay to struggle as long as we keep going. Candidly, I felt like you were targeting the powerful corvettes too much and forgot to touch base with us old minivans. So below is a quote that got me thru and my cheerleaders for today.

Day 3 Stronger. Why am I smiling? Because it was 18 minutes before I looked to see how much longer I had. This is my favorite exercise.
