September 13, 2026 vs. Bedford Park Mustang Vipers

Both Villa Park Venom - Blue 9U and Bedford Park Mustang Vipers had their offenses going on Sunday at 6700 S 78th Ave, Bedford Park, IL 60501, but Villa Park Venom - Blue 9U eventually prevailed 13-12. Villa Park Venom - Blue 9U collected seven hits, while Bedford Park Mustang Vipers had four.

Christian M collected three hits in three at bats in the win. Christian doubled in the third inning, singled in the fourth inning, and singled in the first inning.

Villa Park Venom - Blue 9U got on the board in the top of the first inning after Luke S drew a walk, scoring one run, Theo K doubled, scoring two runs, and Aaron R singled, scoring two runs.
Bedford Park Mustang Vipers flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the first, scoring six runs on two hits to take the lead, 6-5. The biggest blow in the inning was a single by Liam M that drove in two.

Villa Park Venom - Blue 9U flipped the game on its head in the top of the second, scoring seven runs on one hit to take the lead, 12-6. The biggest blow in the inning was a single by Max R that drove in two.

Villa Park Venom - Blue 9U added one run in the third. Dominic G grounded into a fielder's choice, making the score 13-7.
Bedford Park Mustang Vipers scored five runs on zero hits in the bottom of the third inning. Wyatt S drew a walk, scoring one run, James V drew a walk, scoring one run, Liam drew a walk, scoring one run, Liam M drew a walk, scoring one run, and Asa H drew a walk, scoring one run.

Max led things off on the hill for Villa Park Venom - Blue 9U. The starting pitcher gave up four hits and seven runs (three earned) over two innings, striking out four and walking eight. Cole J started the game for Bedford Park Mustang Vipers. The right-handed pitcher allowed four hits and 10 runs over one inning, striking out two and walking seven. Max and Theo each drove in three runs for Villa Park Venom - Blue 9U. Luke paced Villa Park Venom - Blue 9U with four walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, tallying 22 walks for the game. Hunter P and Ryan D each stole multiple bases for Villa Park Venom - Blue 9U. Mason V Helps Villa Park Venom - Black 9U Slug Their Way To Victory Against Wheaton Warriors - 9U Grey
September 18, 2026 vs. Wheaton Warriors - 9U Grey

Mason V hit two home runs and drove in five as Villa Park Venom - Black 9U defeated Wheaton Warriors - 9U Grey 13-6 on Friday at 155 Rohlwing Rd. Mason homered in the fourth and second innings.

Villa Park Venom - Black 9U won thanks in part to seven runs in the first inning. Gus G tripled, scoring two runs, Graham N doubled, scoring one run, Declan G singled, scoring one run, David K doubled, scoring one run, and Jacob H doubled, scoring two runs.
Wheaton Warriors - 9U Grey opened the scoring in the top of the first thanks to three walks. Wheaton Warriors - 9U Grey first got on the board when Anibal G drew a walk, scoring one run.

Villa Park Venom - Black 9U scored two runs in the bottom of the second on an inside the park home run by Mason.
Villa Park Venom - Black 9U scored one run in the bottom of the third on an inside the park home run by Elias R. Mason hit an inside the park home run, scoring three runs in the bottom of the fourth for the Villa Park Venom - Black 9U.

Declan started the game for Villa Park Venom - Black 9U. The right-handed pitcher allowed zero hits and three runs over two innings, striking out five and walking six. Peter M stepped on the mound first for Wheaton Warriors - 9U Grey. The starting pitcher surrendered 10 hits and 13 runs over four innings, striking out six and walking eight. This kid LOVES to play — whenever, wherever, and however he can!

Give him a baseball, a glove, a field, and some teammates and he’s HAPPY! There’s pretty much nowhere Freckles would rather be than on the baseball field!

Mason V collected three hits in three at bats, as Villa Park Venom - Black 9U defeated Scorpions Baseball 8U 13-8 on Friday at Westdale Park. Mason hit a solo home run to right field in the first inning, singled in the third inning, and singled in the fourth inning.
Villa Park Venom - Black 9U came back to win despite trailing 8-3 in the second.

Villa Park Venom - Black 9U got on the board in the top of the first inning after Aiden H grounded out, and Mason homered to right field, each scoring one run.

Villa Park Venom - Black 9U added one run in the second. Scorpions Baseball 8U committed an error, making the score 3-0.
Scorpions Baseball 8U flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the second, scoring eight runs on three hits to take the lead, 8-3. The biggest blow in the inning was an error that drove in two.

Gus G drove in five runs on three hits to lead Villa Park Venom - Black 9U past 9U Lightning 11-4 on Saturday at Lombard Park District - Sunset Knoll. Gus tripled in the third scoring two, tripled in the fourth scoring two, and singled in the first scoring one.

Villa Park Venom - Black 9U got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Aiden H tripled to center field, Mason V grounded out, and Gus singled, each scoring one run.

DOBRY WAS DEALIN’.

The Venom bats came alive in an 18–13 win over Wasco Red, but #23 Hayden Dobry made sure his was a performance nobody was forgetting.

Hayden came up BIG at the plate, going 2-for-3 with 3 RBIs, ripping a 2-run TRIPLE in the first and then turning on the jets for an INSIDE-THE-PARK HOME RUN in the third.

That’s one heck of a day at the ballpark.
