Tomorrow Saturday October 17th join us for another gray hair grappling seminar and open mat from 9:30 - 11:00 am. All are welcome no experience nessary. The only catch...need some salt and pepper 35 and older. Men and women are welcome and anyone who has wanted to start but has been looking for the right time...this is it!

The Gray Hair Grapplers are back, October 17th from 9:30 - 11:00 am.

We will go over a few basic positions as well as escapes and submission set-ups for the positions.

Men & Women 35 years old and older are welcome.

Please wear sports shorts with no zippers or buttons and a sports type compression shirt. A bottle of water is not a bad idea.

October Updates:

-All October we will be working from Guard: From this position we will play creative games that build and develop your skills based on age, strength, flexibility and help you gain real understanding of the positions as well as help you create submission and defensive chains to fit your skill and ability level.

-We are hosting our 2nd Grey Hair Grappling Clinic on October 17th from 9:00 - 11:30 AM. You do not need any experience...just some salt and pepper on top. Anyone 35 and older is welcome to attend. We will go over basics and then have an optional open mat for anyone interested. If you have been off the mats for awhile or even if this would be your first class...this is a perfect opportunity.

-We have a new warm-up for the kids class: "They said the old one was became to easy".

-Walking Shots with pull through
-Shrimps
-(10) Burpees
-(5) Forward and (5) Backward rolls
-(10) Sit-outs (5 each Side)
-Bear Crawl
(20) Push-ups
(10) Bridges
(10) Push-ups
(1) Plank 1 min or max time

We would love to have you come and try a class this month.
Kids: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5:15 PM
Adults: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6:30 PM
