🍕🍕Hey everyone! I've got a new recipe for you! Chicken crust pizza is so delicious and easy to make. And with only 4 ingredients it's budget friendly.
Mix 1 pound ground chicken with 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Lay out parchment paper and roll meat into a rectangle.
Throw the crust into the oven at 450 degrees for 18 minutes. Take it out and add 1 cup of pizza sauce, 3/4 a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 16 pepperonis. (Feel free to add your own toppings. I've also done banana peppers and jalapeños) Bake for an additional 10 minutes and you're done. Easy peasy!
*I'll the add the macro info in the comments. The serving size is 1/4 of the pizza🍕🍕

Keto friendly taco soup. Dump all ingredients in the crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours and then shred the chicken. Easy peasy and delicious!

I'm a sucker for bbq sandwiches so this week I prepped some barbeque and brussel sprouts.
I just threw the boneless pork ribs and a bottle of sugar free barbecue sauce in the crockpot on high for 6 hours and then shredded the meat. Throw it on a bun if you're not following a super low carb diet. It's delicious!
I also make this recipe with boneless chicken breasts and it's just as good!

Pizza is my favorite food so I'm always on a mission to try and make healthier alternatives.
I placed 4 chicken breasts in the bottom of my crockpot. Then seasoned them with basil, oregano and red pepper flakes. Covered them with 1 cup of pizza sauce and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and then topped it with black olives and green peppers and cooked on high for 3 hours.

This is an old transformation picture but does anyone want to guess how much time is between these two pictures?
Nine months. That's it. I had tried losing weight so many times before this but everytime when I didn't see miraculous results in a few weeks I would give up but in 2016 I finally started setting realistic goals. This big weight loss came from setting a goal of losing five pounds a month. After I realized that I could do that the first month I just kept going and didn't look back. Those 5 pounds added up quick and I completely changed my life that year. It's hard work and it takes time. Just be patient.

Here's one of my favorite low carb meals. I mean who doesn't love bacon and ranch. 🤪
1 pound of chicken
2 bags of broccoli
1 cup of each kind of cheese
1 cup of light ranch
8 slices of bacon
Cook the chicken. I do mine in the crockpot for 3 hours on high. Cook the broccoli and bacon separate. Then shred the chicken and crumble the bacon add everything to the chicken and then mix well. I leave it in the crockpot for about 30 minutes until the cheese is melted. I then separate it into five equal portions.

Small changes + consistency = very big changes
You just have to be patient!

Here's another meal idea. Throw the country style ribs in the crockpot with a packet of Au Jus and Ranch and 1 cup of water. Cook on high for 6-7 hours then shred the meat. It's delicious on a tortilla and of course I just added some steam fresh veggies.

Here's another meal that I prepped this week. I'll put the link to the recipe in the comments but I did tweak it a little by doubling the amount of brussel sprouts and sweet chili sauce. 😉

Cheat meals, they're crucial for my success.
Life is waaaaay too short to cut your favorite food out of your life all together. Knowing that I'll be eating my favorite food on Friday night keeps me on track the rest of the days.
And if you're local you need to try Procopios cauliflower pizza! It's amazing!!
