Although the age range of participants is noted 13-22, Exceptions can be made for those over 22 depending on interest and availability.

Starting November 1st our Kid’s Ground Class will have a new look!! The first picture shows what you can expect from the Monday class and the second shows what you can expect from the Wednesday class. We are excited to see how this change will benefit our young current and future members! Remember, the first class is free!! Come see us for more details

This Sunday there will be a ladies only seminar for ages 13-28 (expanded from the original age). Ladies especially tend to be the target of many attacks as well as human trafficking. Take advantage of this opportunity to learn potentially life saving skills that hopefully you will never need.
