We will begin having open field workouts for any incoming 5th & 6th graders that are going to play VFA this season.

Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the LHS Practice Fields from 7-8PM. Players should wear cleats.

5th & 6th Grade Tackle
3rd & 4th Grade Tackle (2nd graders allowed)
Kindergarten through 2nd Grade Flag
