Wow!
Words can’t even begin to describe the type of love 🧡 and support I received from this journey of wrestling 🤼 my first tournament in 27 years since 1999 when I was a Senior in High School.
So many highlights, my boys coaching me in my corner, daughters cheering me on the mat and my Mom making the trip brought back so many of my best memories growing up.
Thanks to your prayers 🙏🏻 for keeping me safe. Not only did GOD bless me with 2 wins, but 2 pins 🧷 were more than I could have ever expected.
Highlights included beating 2 kids in their 20’s and wrestling someone from my old high school who graduated 17 years after me.
With 45 right around the corner, I have plenty of miles left in this body to do SUPER things.
I highly encourage everyone reading this post to just commit and sign up to accomplish something hard. Train and see it through. You’ll be so happy you did it.
Although the pain of competition has been challenging this week, it was absolutely worth it.
This was an experience I’ll NEVER forget and I’m beyond grateful for.

Back on Memorial Day 🇺🇸 I completed my first 🏋️♀️, but this time I had on my . It had been 2 years or more since I attempted a murph workout.
Listen to my first video if you don’t know what murph is. Basically it’s non-stop torture. 😅
I set a goal to complete it between 50-55 mins as I didn’t train for it and working out in the suit makes it MUCH harder. Swipe right for my final results.
I’ve since committed to completing a workout once a month for the entire next year. June and July are already done. I’ll post videos along with my progress as I’ve already come a long way.
Moving forward I’m looking for a brave person who has some grit to join me for my August Murph this month.
