This September we are starting strong by coming together for something much bigger than a workout.

Saturday, September 5th, BoomTown CrossFit will host a FREE community workout in honor of Rowan and Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. 🎗️

Rowan fought cancer for 11 months, and every number in this workout was intentionally chosen to tell a piece of her story. From the 11 rounds, to the 44 reps representing the children diagnosed each day, to the 1145 meter row marking the time Rowan received her angel wings.

This workout is FREE and open to everyone. You do not have to be a BoomTown member or an experienced CrossFit athlete to participate. Movements can be modified for any fitness level. Bring your friends and family, and help us fill the gym for Rowan. 💛

There is no cost to participate, but we are asking our community to consider making a donation in Rowan’s honor. Every amount matters, and every person who shows up helps us bring more awareness to the fight against childhood cancer.
