Our WBHS Competition Cheer team has a full schedule ahead, and we can’t wait to watch them represent Byrd throughout the 2026–27 season! 🐾 From the first competition at Northside to postseason action, these Terriers are ready to work hard, hit the mat, and make us proud.

Hi! I’m Olivia Seymore and I am so excited to be joining the team this season as an assistant coach. Over the summer I got married to my high school sweetheart, JJ! I am a proud William Byrd cheer alumni. I cheered 7th-12th grade and have the best memories from my time as a cheerleader. I am so excited to step back into the program, this time being on the coaching side.

Outside of cheer I am a 3rd grade teacher who loves spending time with family, being at the beach, and all things Taylor Swift. Each day my goal is to show up with a heart full of kindness and love.

I am excited to support our team and help them grow as students, athletes, and most importantly, as people. This opportunity is a blessing and I can’t wait for what is to come!
