Seems to be the ATF has finally spoken up. Assuming this message is true, this is the first and only guidance we have received. It also means this director is looking to be pretty pro 2A at the moment.

🚨 4473 (white paper) Suppressor transfers ‼️

Friends, it’s been an interesting road trying to figure out just what we can or can’t do and when to do it.

After seeking guidance and counsel we believe we have reached a conclusion.

Effective IMMEDIATELY, we are now transferring suppressors on white form 4473 to qualified individuals.

What does this mean? It means if you certify that you meet the definition of a plaintiff of the consolidated court case of silencer shop foundation and Jenson v ATF then we can transfer your Supressor via a traditional 4473 just like a handgun.

Forms 4’s are still processing and still a iliboe for those that choose to do so.

As always with Fulton Outdoors, all fingers prints and process for Form 4’s are done in house and hassle free. No sending you somewhere else for fingerprints.

We have suppressors in stock, we are ready, if you need us, call us. ✅
