Since our last one was stolen (by a non-member), we do have to keep this one locked up.

The key is available to all members inside the gym. Please remember to lock the sled and the back door after every use. Thank you 💪

In honor of what happened on 9/11 we made the investment to put up an American Flag at the Virden location.🇺🇸

A customer asked the other day... "Who is the patriotic one?" We answered... "ALL OF US." Being proud of our country is not something we do, its part of who we are!❤️🤍💙
