Hump Day Hotfeet!

Fast feet are important.

Shorter contact times and higher turn over can reduce your risk of injury and make you faster.

Running strides on grass are a great way to work on not only moving those feet but strengthening your lower legs along the way.

Here's Michael getting in some speedy 15s strides on the grass after a fun little tempo workout.

Shoot for 180 steps a minute, it might feel fast and challenging but it will be worth it.

Want help? Send a DM and we'll help you get that cadence up while reducing your risk of injury and becoming a faster runner.

Y'all, it's HOT OUT.🔥

We all want to stay safe out there.

Here are a few tips for tackling the hot, humid, sunny, steamy days that we're dealing with and will be for a while.

Remember, you can always hop on the treadmill or swap a run for another activity. Safety and protecting your body from dangerous conditions is the most important thing.

Have more tips? Share them in the comments! We would love to hear your hot weather hacks.

What a great message to receive 🥳

Mike started with a big goal: Run the Rome Marathon in 2026.

We started with our Foundations program, built a solid base and couldn't be happier that he put in the work and accomplished his goal.

If you think your goal is to big, think again.

Team work makes the dream work, and we can't wait to have you join us!

Send DM now if you're like Mike and want to knock out some pretty audacious goals.

It's National Bike to Work Day 🥳🚲

Nothing beats a nice little warm up ride to get my mind right for a few hours coaching at the track.

It's also a great way to get athletes off the track and onto the road for some longer work or to the bridge for a little hill action.

Do you ride to work? How often? If not, why not? Tell us in the comments 😁
